Return to Oneness (R2O)

A 12-month guided programme that helps you understand yourself, transform your relationships, and experience greater peace, freedom and fulfilment.

Starts 29 September 2026

Presented by

Life has a way of presenting us with the same challenges until we learn what they are here to teach us. The same relationship patterns. The same frustrations. The same doubts. The same feeling that, despite our best efforts, something keeps getting in the way.

R2O is far more than a course. It is a practical programme that helps you understand why these patterns exist & how to move beyond them. As your understanding deepens, relationships become easier, decisions become clearer, & life begins to feel lighter. You stop reacting from fear & begin responding with greater peace, freedom & love.

Return to Oneness (R2O)

What Becomes Possible

Step away from the noise of everyday life into a space where clarity emerges, connection deepens & you begin to remember who you really are.

  • Understand why the same patterns keep repeating.

  • Stop taking life's challenges so personally.

  • Feel lighter & more at peace.

  • Build healthier relationships.

  • Choose love over fear.

  • Live what you learn every day.

You Don't Need More Knowledge

Discover a new way of understanding yourself, your relationships & your life through the Psychology of Vision (PoV).

Most of us already know far more than we live. Real change comes not from collecting more information, but from seeing ourselves differently. R2O offers a practical framework for understanding why life unfolds as it does & how you can respond with greater freedom, clarity & love.

Each chapter builds naturally on the last, giving you insights & practical tools you can immediately apply in everyday life.

Heal Emotional Patterns

Release fear, guilt & old wounds as you develop greater emotional freedom.

Transform Relationships

Build healthier, more authentic relationships through trust, equality and forgiveness.

Live with Greater Clarity

See life's challenges differently and respond with confidence instead of reaction.

Break Free from the Past

Release inherited beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you.

Experience Greater Freedom

Live with more peace, purpose and joy as you discover a new way of being.

A Journey That Unfolds One Step at a Time

Every chapter of R2O invites you to look at life through a different lens. Instead of asking, "Why is this happening to me?" you begin asking, "What is this here to teach me?"

At the heart of the programme is the PoV Triangle - a practical framework that helps you recognise the patterns behind your experiences and discover new ways of responding. As you move through the programme, what you learn becomes something you naturally live.

You Don't Need More Knowledge

Real change begins when you see yourself differently

Most of us have read the books, listened to the podcasts & gathered plenty of ideas. R2O isn't about giving you more information. It's about helping you understand yourself in a way that naturally changes how you experience your relationships, your choices and your life.

From Seeking to Understanding

Stop searching for the next answer & begin recognising the wisdom that has been waiting beneath the noise.

From Effort to Ease

Real change doesn't come from trying harder. It comes from understanding yourself more deeply & responding differently.

From Struggle to Flow

As old patterns begin to dissolve, life feels lighter, relationships become easier & a new way of living begins to emerge.

Inside the R2O Programme

Developed by Alex Patchett-Joyce and Francine Girard with the guidance & support of Chuck & Lency Spezzano, founders of PoV

R2O takes you on a carefully guided journey through the foundations & deeper teachings of the PoV. Each chapter builds naturally on the last, helping you understand the unconscious patterns shaping your life & giving you practical tools to create lasting change.

R2O is a highly interactive programme. Every session combines teaching with discussion, reflection and practical exercises. You will be invited to review previous learning, explore your own experience, share insights with the group & work with a buddy between sessions. Rather than simply listening, you will actively engage with the material so it becomes part of your everyday life.

Meet Your R2O Guide

Alex Patchett-Joyce

Alex Patchett-Joyce has spent more than 20 years guiding people through transformational work and is the UK Trainer for Psychology of Vision (PoV). She co-developed Return to Oneness with Francine Girard, with the guidance and support of Chuck and Lency Spezzano, founders of PoV.

Known for her warmth, authenticity and grounded approach, Alex creates an environment where people feel safe to explore, supported to grow and gently challenged to move beyond the patterns that have held them back. Her teaching combines deep insight, practical wisdom and humour, helping participants create lasting change in their relationships, their work and the way they experience life.

Whether you are completely new to PoV or have been on the path for many years, Alex's gift is making profound principles practical, accessible and deeply transformational.

What People Say

Real shifts. Real Clarity. Real Change

For many people, the most powerful part of this work is not just what happens in the moment, but what begins to change afterwards.

I wouldn’t have been able to make the leap from working for others to being self-employed without the support & encouragement I’ve received. It has been, & continues to be, an exciting exploration into my true self and power.

Linda - Wiltshire

Alex's sessions are both gentle and ferocious – a master of energy and emotion. She has the unique gift of holding us safe within her mother tiger warmth while spurring us on to the next challenge.

Mark Albas

Alex is joyful, patient, wise, comforting, kick-ass, reassuring & fun!!!

Hazel Scott

Alex is everything you need in a coach - empathic, compassionate, insightful & firm.

Questions We Often Get

Is R2O right for me?

Whether you are new to personal development or have been exploring your own growth for many years, R2O offers a practical and supportive journey. The programme meets you where you are & helps you take the next step from there.

Do I need any previous experience?

No. R2O has been designed so that anyone can begin the journey. Everything you need is introduced step by step, with guidance & support throughout the programme.

How much time should I expect to commit?

R2O is designed as an immersive journey rather than a course to simply watch. The 20 main teaching sessions are each up to four hours long, with regular breaks throughout. Additional integration sessions, when offered, usually last between one and two hours.

Between sessions, you will be encouraged to continue your learning through practical homework, reflection, buddy work and the accompanying written materials. The more wholeheartedly you engage with the programme, the more you are likely to gain from it.

While the commitment is meaningful, most participants find that bringing the principles into everyday life becomes one of the most rewarding parts of the journey.

What if I miss a live session?

R2O is designed as a progressive journey, with each chapter building on the last. To graduate and receive the 20 recognised PoV days, every chapter must be completed.

If you are unable to attend a live session, a recording will be available for you to watch before the next chapter. You will also be expected to complete the associated homework and review the material with your buddy to ensure your learning continues. Where additional support is needed, Alex may offer a one-to-one session to help you integrate the material and remain fully engaged with the programme.

To preserve the depth of learning and the strength of the group experience, participants may miss no more than three live sessions. R2O is highly interactive, and much of its value comes from the discussions, shared learning and relationships that develop over the twelve months.

R2O is a genuine commitment to your growth. The more you invest in the journey, the more you will discover about yourself and the more you will gain from the experience.

The more fully you participate, the richer your experience will be—not only through the teachings themselves, but through the trust, connection and sense of community that naturally develop as the journey unfolds.

How is R2O taught?

R2O is a highly interactive programme. Each session combines teaching with discussion, personal reflection and practical exercises. Participants are invited to review previous material, explore their own experiences and share insights with the group, creating a rich and supportive learning environment.

Between sessions, homework, buddy work and the accompanying written materials help deepen your understanding and integrate the learning into everyday life. Additional group integration sessions and one-to-one support are offered whenever they will benefit the group or an individual's journey.
